STEP 1: Customer Group Management

1. Navigate to 'System Config' >> 'Customer Group', then comes the customer group management page.

2.  Search the customer group by key words, status, created time, all the customer groups that meet the selected criteria will be shown in this page. The results can be shown in separate pages or all in one page if you check 'view all' box

3. The new customer group can be added by clicking the '+' button.

4. Some customer group information (with orange color) can be edited in this page. 

5. Delete the customer group

 

 

 

 

 

STEP 2: Set Customer Group for Each Customer

1. Click ‘Customer’ button on the top of the page, or on the left navigation bar, access to the customer homepage.

2. Set customer group for each customer

 

 

 

 

 

 

STEP 3: Set Different Prices for Each Customer Group

1. Click ‘Product’ button on the top of the page, or on the left navigation bar, access to the product homepage.

2. For each product, different prices can be set to the corresponding customer groups.
