Sales Order Report

The sales order report includes statistics about daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly trends in sales volume and the number of orders placed during any specified period.

Invoice Report

The invoice report provides an overview of the total number of paid and outstanding invoices and the amount of credit within any specified period.

The report also highlights the overdue invoices and how long they are past the due dates.

Payment Report

The payment report reveals daily, weekly or monthly trends in payments received within a specified period of time, as well as showing a breakdown of payments by paying method (for example, by cash, bank transfer or EFTPOS).

Product Report

At the touch of a button, Matricle produces a range of meaningful statistics about product performance, including

  • sales volume trend and sales percentage of a certain product;
  • list of best-selling products;
  • product analysis: month-over-month and year-over-year comparison of sales revenues during any specified timeframe;
  • Products with low inventory level.

The product sales data can also be downloaded in Excel format for further analysis.

Purchase Order Report

Without using a system, keeping up to date with all of your POs is no mean feat. The purchase order report displays key statistics including
  • the status of all POs (for example, whether the products have been received and whether payment has been made);
  • the transaction volume of POs;
  • historical foreign currency exchange rates;
  • the details of POs during any specified time period.

Packing Report

The packing report has statistics about packers’ daily workload as well as the number of shipped products that do not match the sales orders.
